What the discovery call looks like

You’ll hear from our team within two business days to schedule a time that works for you. Calls usually happen by video, but phone is fine if you prefer.

We respond within two business days.

Short, focused, and free. Long enough to understand what’s going on for your team or for you. Short enough to fit in a real workweek.

The call is 20 minutes.

Most of the call is us asking and you sharing. What’s the situation? What have you tried? What hasn’t worked? Our goal is to understand the picture before we suggest anything.

We’re listening before we’re talking.

If we’re a fit, we’ll tell you. If we’re not, we’ll still help.

We can’t be the right partner for every healthcare organization, and we won’t pretend otherwise. If your needs fall outside our scope of practice, we’ll tell you on the call. When it makes sense, we’ll connect you with a consultant who’s better positioned to support your needs.
